Top 5 Global Smartphone Brands By Shipments in 3 Quarter, 2015

Chinese mobile brands are going to expand their market share, much discomfort "Tycoon"


Samsung still has the highest market share among smartphone makers by contributing up to 25% of the gobal shipment in the third quarter, while iPhone's annual shipment growth for this year will reach 16% with about 223.7 million units shipped, according to Trend Force Reports analysis.


Due to Chinese up-comers, Samsung has lost much its share at low-end market to mid-range market. Emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and India are now the major battlegrounds for vendors as developed markets have become fairly saturated. 




Huawei becomes the first Chinese smartphone brand to reach 100 million units in shipments and cements its position as the third-largest vendor worldwide.

Apple still are still attracted by the eyes of customers for its stable IOS 9 and the large size models. And the buyback of iPhone cracked screens' prices still increase at an unprecedented rate.
